Memorial keepsakes are made with the same materials as everything else in the store, but we treat these orders a little differently: no promotional inserts in the box, and a plain card instead of a gift card. The pieces are chosen to be worn or carried every day: a small pendant with a name and two dates, a ring engraved inside, a bracelet with initials, a keychain or wallet with a date.
\nIf you would like a handwritten line reproduced, the product page says whether that piece supports it; where it does, you upload a clear photo of the handwriting and we trace it. Otherwise choose a script or serif font from the options shown.
\nA note on timing: we process memorial orders within 1 to 3 business days like any other order, and delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. If you need a piece for a service on a fixed date, email support@mirelgems.com with the date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
\nShipping is free and tracked to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days, with return postage paid by us, and we never ask why.
